When retro stuff is concerned, I won't be using a computer that lacks ISA slots since I'm mainly focused with DOS (and Windows 9x to some extent). Even then, I'm not a collector due to lacking space and having everything I need.

I would set it around 2.0v-2.2v. Strange thing about the video cards being picky considering that the VIA chipset the motherboard has officially supports 100 MHz FSB. Then again, non-Intel chipsets are quite a gamble to get them working reliably.
