I remember I had Stability problems with the K6 back in the Day but I think it was my fault. Maybe I was using the wrong RAM type or Jumper settings. Or maybe it was the patches. But anyways it runs pretty good now. I like this little guy.

Yeah actually, I think I had a 14-inch thinkpad at work so it might have been a T41 or T42 It ran Win-2000 But I later purchased a Thinkpad 21p for myself which came with an ATI graphics chip.

Guys this is the Laptop NASA took into Space. This was my First Thinkpad laptop ( T43 ) I remember we used these at Work. Easy to Upgrade and Repair. These were my Favorite laptops. Plays games good too.

Maybe I had the K6 during Win-98 and when Win-98SE came out I switched to the Pentium II@400mhz. With a BX440 Motherboard. Yeah, 128mb or 256mb of PC-133 SDRAM is All you need for Best Performance. But all I had was a 512mb stick. This computer performs good and is Very Stable and Reliable. Would have liked to Have it Back in Win-95 Era.

OLED is inferior to local dimming on LCDs. OLED brightness cant reach the levels required for true HDR. OLED will be gone just like plasma, its an interim solution. Yeah, TV’s are only good for about 3-to-5 years Max before they become out-dated. I think the BIG reason to buy a NEW TV is a Faster …

On a side note, I hate it when modern-ish 16:9 TVs insert ugly GREY bars instead of black bars for displaying 4:3 content. On plasma TVs, the grey letterbox & pillarbox bars could help minimize burn-in if you were a movie buff. It doesn't surprise me that some modern TVs (well, OLEDs) do that too. …
