DOSBox wont start without mouse. Gives error: " Exit to error: Can't init SDL DirectInput::CreateDevice: Device not registered " How can I start DOSBox while mouse is not connected?

Hi, DOSBox 0,74, Windows10 After starting DOSBox numlock liht is lit but numlock is NOT turned on. I must pres two times (Off and ON again) to Numlock to work. How can I make it to work first time?
