I did have the same issue and replaced the 1000uf 6.3v cap, then packed it away for a while as the floppy still needed fixing. Now I have the same problem back. I have replaced now 470uf 25v, 2200uf 6.3v, 3x 220uf 16v. Now I only have 2x120uf 16v & 2x56uf 16v left to replace, hope its one of these. …
