Hi, I have firmware version 2.09 and 2.10 for DC690CD.

Is there any way to raise the maximum volume of the cd input in dos? I set SB-CDVol=7 in the Orpheus.ini file, but still the sound is too quiet. In Windows 95 the problem does not occur, at 60% the volume is higher than SB-CDVol=7 in dos.

Unfortunately, there is no performance gain. Only support for large disks has been added.

I think this driver is generic for all S3 Scenic/MX2 cards. An identical version of the driver was attached to the Videologig MPEGstar card. The only difference is the READMY.TXT file.
