I don't know if this is the right place to ask - but I'm planning to buy a ps3 just to play rdr1 and some sony's exclusive back in the days, but I've heard about the PS3 emulator that keeps getting better now, they can run most games at 30fps. so should I just wait for an emulator and save some …

You probably need to upgrade cpu before gpu, 9600 pro should already be at the point of cpu bottleneck with that P3. Also a good quality 300w psu should be able to run any AGP card just fine, not like they made any 200+ watt monsters like GTX 480 for the AGP slot... If you will be dualbooting win9x …

PSU is probably fine unless you have several harddisks in there or something. The real question is what you are running on a P3 for which a Radeon 9600 isn't good enough. Well, I tried to bend it with my credit card (Heard it also works too) and it still doesn't fit. also I realized the bent parts actually fit but the another half of my cpu won't (see picture, it doesn't fit and you can see the pins there) also I think it's already aligned perfectly as my eyes …
