Been trying to fix a hardware conflict in Windows 98SE, but haven't had any luck. Video card in question is trying to use the same memory range addresses as the ACPI bios, for some baffling reason. Any ideas why?

Does anybody know how to copy and run the MS-DOS 6.22 installation files on the hard drive? Everytime I try to run setup.exe, it keeps trying to run setup from A:. Any way to bypass this?

Got a CL-GD5428 VLB card in today, and am excited to try it out. Also been looking for AT form-factor PSUs, and haven't had much luck on settling on one. I've gotten a few suggestions in the past, but I'm wondering if there any definitively good brands/etc to go for?
