Me P4C800-e deluxe had pristine looking caps, but was unstable with faster CPU's. As I recall it even had rubycons, but after a swap the board runs fine.

Also how does LX handle AGP speeds? I mean BX does 1/1 at 66MHz FSB and 2/3 at 100MHz FSB. Would Intel include 2/3 in LX if it would be limited to 66MHz FSB?

I've had AIO's "drain" in just a few years. The fluid literally permeates the tubes. Would not trust any of them to last past 5 years without a fluid top-up. There's also the issue of various reactions inside, they don't usually go for the premium gaskets etc.
