Did you connect the cd audio cable from daemontools to your soundcard? Just kidding. It won't work with vxd drivers. And wdm drivers suck. In fact, even cd spdif requires wdm drivers. I just suck it up and burn physical cds and use the analogue cd connector to the sound card.
