I used the command "diskmgmt.msc" on my windows run menu. The Physical DVD Drive is called disk 0 DVD (D:) and the virtual drive is called disk 1 DVD (F:) Is there anything I need to do in order to change the virtual drive into my primary drive? Please can someone explain to me on how it works.

Atomic now runs without problems. I started the INST.EXE file located on the Game CD and installed the game and it started. I think the setup program created the CDROM.INI file inside the file there is a path to "d:\support" So the problem was caused by that missing file I think.

Mounting the image as drive d is not a problem and works great. When I run the duke3d.exe the game is unable to detect/recognize the mounted CD Drive. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Everything works fine now and has been solved. The destination folders were not mounted to the right path. Just a mistake by me.
