Maybe a bit too late, but this works well and is for those non-soldering types: use a silver sharpie 😁 It conducts and can easily be removed with some alcohol.

The executable does some weird shit and hangs the dosbox process completely, cant get to the debugger. When I start the process to step through it with debug, it totally flips out. mov commands seem to execute jumps, interrupts the like. After checking the program was packed with LZEXE which afaik …

For some odd reason I cant get the tandy setup to work. Once I switch to adlib or nosound, it works fine. With tandy sound it locks up. If anyone has an idea, I'm all ears 😁

It was a rhetorical question 😁, my point was why would you let something like that hang on 10k. But I've come to experience that there is more to it than that. Some installers work, others fail hard. And since I want to know, I'm going to figure it out..which may take a while.

Today I grabbed Zool2 and started playing, So after 3 minutes of getting slaughtered by cuddly creatures I dove into a trainer archive and found a bunch of trainers. However: 'none of them seem to work' in dosbox. Can anyone shed a light on this ? Thanks trainer package below:
