My guess is that RS is "remote sense" and PG is "power good". I dont have any good idea what SD stands for. Have you tried removing all cards except for the cpu board?

The Mach32 are very good cards for DOS and Windows for its time, if you don’t need 1600x1200. Also the drivers for Windows and DOS (little TSR for VESA compatibility) have a good quality. All good Win-accellerators are to weak in DOS and vice-versa. So the best solution is 2Mb Cirrus, S3 or Trident card.
