If you just bridges the small cap spaces, you have caused shorts to ground which should not be there. SMD caps will be tan/brown in color. Resistors will be black. Wasn't this discussed last year? I think it's the same issue as the T5720, the riser requires the caps to be added. Low volume out of Cobra AW744L II card but don't follow that pick to the letter, you can bend the caps and install them on the back versus the front.
