Core volts is 2.2v like a 300 and 333 AFAIK. FSB would have to be 83Mhz and 4.5X to get 380Mhz. If the 300 did not POST there could be a few reasons...one being that cpu is dead. the board works at 66Mhz and 3x so I would try 66Mhz and 4.5x with that 380 and see if it boots at 300Mhz....
