I tried the instructions from the first post and I got the FASTFLEX.C error when executing step 15. In case you get this error in that step you have to edit CRUSADER.CFG manually. You have to replace cdletter=c with cdletter=d So then you can skip steps 15, 16 and 17. Everything else went perfectly …
