OK I did reinstall nusb3.3 and all is working well, so it seems the 3.6 version was the culprit. Thanks for the help.

Hey, just thought about something. In my 486 build I have two cards that went undetected. Not sure you want, or even can detect them but just thought I'd mention it: - ISA 3 voice tandy card from matze79 - ISA MPU 401 card from Keropi (basically a MusicQuest PC MIDI clone) Let me know if I can help!

I did to the best of my knowledge. Rebooted in safe mode with a PS2 keyboard, removed all USB drivers and devices, reboot, let the computer detect it all, reboot. Anything else I missed?
