Sorry, I meant standard as in the standard layout for a UK T5100. You can find all the keyboard layouts in the T5100 maintenance manual.

Pretty sure that's just the standard UK layout. I have mine working perfectly with just "KEYB UK" in autoexec.bat

The harddrive in the T1600/40 is a JVC JD3848H01-1A. It uses a 26-pin JVC connector and dedicated controller board with a ROM. According to my research it should be a RLL drive.
