Hmmm... I don't know, need to search for it... It is IBM 33G5430 mouse. I have Asus P5A-B motherboard, also have USB/MIR card, but only with USB sockets, no PS/2. Is there a way to add PS/2 socket to this board?

why don't u just install msdos on a VM. U know like make a VM, and mount the floppy images of MSDOS in the VM and just install it like normal to a VM.
