From the help of @Gmlb256 I was able to track down a few games that utilise the WinDirect API for graphics: WinQuake Hexen II Grand Theft Auto Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow Total Mayhem Balls of Steel v1.0 The list is too small for now, but I invite others to help in expanding the list.
