@leileilol - haven't changed anything really, it's all at default. @Joachim - tested with 3 different cables, voodoo connected straight to monitor as well to eliminate that cause completely. CRT and LCD both show same issue. I'll search for software to test colour palette.

Once open ideally you want to replace the fan and a capacitor check while in there. Make sure none are bulged. So the program runs in DOS, and when you say mount, do you mean run an .exe file ? If so, then perhaps FreeDOS is the way as suggested. You could burn it on a CD and run it in a live environment, have the USB with the programming software plugged in as well and mind the drive letter assigned to the …
