Deja Vu 1 & 2

Certainly does have the look of a hardware development board with the FPGA's, what looks like an output to an analyzer and onboard RAM. That unmarked IC with possible debug points looks very much like an unmarked Intel CPU (486/Pentium era maybe?) So maybe a CPU development board?

I gave the OPTI 495sx chipset BIOS a shot in my 386/486 board and while I can get into the BIOS no problem, once it hits the boot stage it usually prints random stuff to the screen or it's totally black and locks up.
