I've just managed to open it up. Yep, I was wrong. It's running a 486 dx2 66mhz so no socket 7 will fit. I managed to find the spec manual and it states I can upgrade to a 486 dx4 100mhz so I'm gonna find one of those to use.

Also, if anyone had any recommendations for a gpu upgrade for this system, that would great. Thanks
