Hi I have a 486 dx4 100mhz and when I play golden axe it goes very fast. I have tried several programs that slow down the system speed type slowdown and really the game goes as u correct speed, but now has the failure that the screen is tearing.

I just measured bottom row 1 and 2 ground, 3 to 10 5 v. I guess I need to make a pin that takes all the 5v outputs and the top row comes out of 3 to 10 3.3v. pin 1 and 2 I leave continuity.
