It works! Yesterday, I played an MP3 that was decoded to WAV and installed Turbo C++ under Windows 3.1.

I tried Memtest. It rebooted on start. After that, I removed the 4x4MB SIMMs and replaced them with 4x1MB SIMMS. Memtest is now 36% through pass 1 with no errors.
