that's not the 2.0 patch for the game but the version for Creative Alchemy, a software to restore EAX in older game (you must have a Creative Soundblaster sound/audio card).

For me Nocturne works fine on my Win10 system using dgVoodoo 2 latest version, videos play fine. There is also a patch for the game.

it's the video card that must support vulkan 1.1 not your CPU. The AMD A10 7000 is a CPU not a video card
