Hi @zzgus In my case, it was the PSU +12V line that was faulty. I could get it fixed and that solved the problem.

There's a command line utility I can't find at the moment. It lets you switch MT32 revision or Fluidsynth SoundFonts by sending MIDI messages. Unfortunately, I tried to turn it back on today and the problem reappeared. Maybe I got lucky last time. 😞 There really must be a problem with the parity circuit. But at least, I know it's not totally beyond repair.
