I think Sim City and maybe The Sims 3 too requires online activation and maybe have online DRM too. I generally avoid games like these because you either already have to own them digitally and run them on an OS supported by the launcher of crack them to play on period correct hardware/OS, but then …

Found these while out thrifting yesterday. Got Flight Simulator X installed on my Win 7 machine, it even activated. I now need to start getting the expansions for The sims 3. SimCity I already have the Steam version, but always wanted to have a disc copy.
