Have you tried testing the CPU in another board or swapping in a different CPU? Unfortunately I don't have another CPU that will work in this board. This CPU was pulled from a working system. Before throwing the board away, check the bios. You need a EEPROM programmer, like a TL866II-Plus. …

I did have an Athlon 64 X2 4400+, socket 939 system, but the motherboard is no good.
