I think those pins are for a video RAM upgrade board. Makes sense, they are right above and below the onboard memory circuits. My guess is they are meant for 2 MB boards to upgrade to 4 MB. I don't think any of these had more than 4 MB from the factory. I stand corrected, they came with 4MB from …
