Found the solution on the monitor itself. Thank you cyclone3d.

I just updated to Windows 11. Previously, in 10, 640x480 graphics displayed with the correct proportions, but in 11 it's been stretched horizontally to fill the screen, resulting in circles becoming squashed ovals. Can anyone help?
