Thanks Truffon cleaned modules with ISO and slots, also dusted out with my Datavac . Started up twice now and works fine. Been a while since I have done that cheers!

Well it did it again this morning, posted then went to go into windows and beeped and display went off. Turned it off and beeps again, I will give that a go @truffon.

I ended up taking one RAM Module out and seems to work. Though I bet it does it again, it is just random I will see anyway.

Yeap always had marshall and Gibson, the amp is a CODE50, easily programable to certain sound ie; Metallica 😀 The stool I actaully purchased from Aldi of all places had a retor sale.

I have had to format my C: so I did that. Though for some reason when I boot via CDROM it states Boot from CD-ROM : FAILURE INVALID SYSTEM DISC, though it is shown in startup as primary slave. I have an issue was on the fourth disk of installing Baldurs Gate 2. When the install crashed, on further investigation the secondary HDD had bad sectors. So I removed the faulty drive and replaced with another. When I try to uninstall it says it does though everytime I go to reinstall it comes up …

All good, delted into 1999 and grabbed a copy of 98SE. Worked fine, must have been a flatlined copy I had.

🤣 sorry typo, I just thought of that when I went inside what I posted ; My mind thinks to much. Have not tested MEM though had Windows 2000 on it previous and worked fine. I have an issue with a new 98SE install. Windows loads though no mouse, serial, ps/2 or usb. An error Vmousr.vxd is occurring. How can I resolve this?

Well finally got it working, the system I have is an old PII 266 which I purchased via Ebay. I ended up taking the entire system part to bare, then reassembled and it worked. I have since installed the Banshee drivers and all up and running. Thanks all for suggestion,.
