Did Win98 see it by just doing a hardware scan? I bought one from eBay and windows won't detect it.

Do you have a link to the readme for this card? I just bought one of these CT2800's off EBAY and installed it in my Win98 box in two different ISA slots, ran the add new hardware wizard for both PNP and non-PNP and it did not detect anything. Do I need to install software first to get Windows to …
