best guesses 1) Too much memory and the tiny buffer counting it is overflowing. Reduce VM to... say 4mb. 2) Not enough conventional memory. Run MEM and/or memmaker.

Pcie is basically an Ethernet network topology. Most boards have 2 switches. The cpu, and the chipset. I expect it's its going to work, direct from the cpu is the way to go.

In all probability since it was unpopulated from factory, there are other components missing, like resistors and diodes. You are conflating me with the OP. My board (Rhino Pro 6) does have missing protection diodes and a PTC footprint. I have not installed any components nor the USB connector …

See the target friendly line? That has tabs. They used spaces for everything else. Try spaces. The length is a option in notepad++ and is only a visual preference. Ie, it doesn't matter. Personally, I'd match the exact number so all columns line up. Just incase they read from an exact offset. Ie …

The BIG button on your keyboard is called the SPACE BAR. The one labelled TAB is the TAB key. In the picture, the spaces are little orange dots and the tabs are long arrows. To turn that on in notepad++ look for a weird backwards P

Without looking too deep, one thing you've probably done that might cause issues is you used tabs where they used spaces, and spaces where they used tabs. Tabs vs spaces is a holy war. Clearly there were different developers on different parts.

Does the default one work? I'd open the default side-by-side with the other and see if they made changes to the format. And then modify the working one by hand.
