Re: Orpheus II soundcard thread

I can't for the life of me find the right Crystal 4237 drivers for Windows 3.1, could you point me in the right direction? [...] Windows 3.1 drivers are located in the original Orpheus page: http://pcmidi.eu/orpheus.html When it comes to win3x things will work the same as the original Orpheus , …

Re: Orpheus II soundcard thread

I did some 3.11 testing , it is indeed possible to install both and you do get both 4237 and GUS devices available and working the setup is meh though , I cannot see the point messing so much in 3.x to get both parts working in tandem , you do have to install first the 4237 and then GUS driver and …

Re: QEMU and WHPX

I've been having the same issue, and I think it's a bug with Windows Hypervisor, not with QEMU. If/until Microsoft patches it, I'm not sure if QEMU is even going to work in Windows anymore, at least not for old Windows installs.

Re: Current Best Video Driver for PCem

On a bit off-topic, but I've always been curious: is there any video driver that can do 1280x720 in PCem? Re: Windows 98SE Mini PCI Wifi card woes

I'm using a USB stick for WiFi in Windows 98 - there are many early B/G dongles Windows 98 compatible. But I guess you just want to install that card for your peace of mind. You can take a look into registry also and delete devices from there and reinstall. This was the only way to get rid of a …

Windows 98SE Mini PCI Wifi card woes

Hey all! I've been trying to install Windows 98 on a designed-for-windows XP laptop: the Gateway 600YG2.
