Thank you! That helped to get the game to run by booting into DOS inside of DOSBox.

On DosBox 0.74-3, I ran C:\AMIKA\AMIKA.exe after installing it from the mounted D drive. The game loads, and gets through the first 2 screens and then exits with "Unknow error!"
