Is there some bug that can distort these numbers? Or something I can turn off in the BIOS to get the real benchmark speed? Just based on my own testing, changing the cache write timing from 1 WS to 0 WS resulted in changing the Norton SI CPU benchmark from 132 to 198. It also resulted in a general …

Just update to this issue. After updating the BIOS to v2.3, the motherboard now recognizes the CPU and the L1 cache is now active. I replaced the 486DX2-66 Overdrive with a 486DX4-100 Overdrive. The speed of the both CPUs massively increased!

So I measured the temp of my DX2-66 Overdrive and it sits at 57c. I haven’t measured my DX4-100 Overdrive so I’m guessing that will be just over 60c. I guess the temps seem to be ok but I think I’ll get a fan for the case. Would like these girls to last as long as possible.
