Nobody are willing to sell a computer . Why?

Hello . I have this old videocard found but i can only find old drivers for old mac os . I have mac os 9 on a old powermac . The card works but without any drivers or software . Must i use special software for it ?

I don't know If or when I will get rid of it. I can give you more photos of the machine. Even found an interface card for it, though I haven't gotten round to test the card.
