Resolved! You are right the 3842 is ok it works with > 16V. The defect is the horizontal Power Transistor BUW13A. Replaced and the Monitor live 😀 Thx

Thanks for the info. according to the service documentation, i connected the 15v external voltage to pin 7. The ref voltage on pin 8 should then be 5V. It did not do that. The 3842 is defective! replaced the IC and connected the 15V to pin 7. Now the voltage is at pin 8 is 5V. Nevertheless, nothing …

Hello, The monitor is switched off during operation. First suspicion is the power supply. The pwm controller is a uc3842an ic. At the output pin 6 of the ic this oscillation occurs every 1 sec. The signal go to the mosfet. Does it look like a shutdown by a protection circuit? Can someone help me ? …

Im not sure about the pinout. Pin 1,3 ,5 have connwction i think is the GND.

Good job guys the AIC-6360L works! (no Terminator need). The AIC-6360 does not have DMA but for Installation from SCSI CD-ROM is ok. Thanks

I have now ordered a 6360 via ebay US it will probably take a few weeks to arrive. One question about the Terminator. Is 18-Line compatible with 14-Line ? There is UC5601 but also UCC5614 or UCC5618. The SCSI connector at the back is a 25pin SCSI interface

I think I need a new pair of glasses. The counting in the picture above is wrong. Sorry Correct is : GND: 4,10,22,50,56, 64,68 Common 51 -> 7 58 -> 9 GND fits perfectly to the AIC-6260 P try to find out all the connections later

I measure the gnd pin on the plcc68 . Except pin 1 in the picture. The connection between plcc68 and plcc28 is the 50 to 7. That's all I've managed yet 😀
