I got it working! On another message board someone recommended this: http://quick.mixnmojo.com/downloads.shtml#scu … -quick-and-easy I used the Quick and Easy VMDSound. Works awesomely now.

I tried it again, and I noticed it speeds up and then slows down, and then speeds up again. weird...

I installed VDMSound 2.10 and everything. It actually gives me sond for the game, but the talking is a little fast. I've messed around with the settings and it only makes the voice faster and a little choppy. I'm running Windows XP AMD 2.0mhz 256mb RAM etc etc. What ever can I do?
