Re: D-Fend Reloaded (new frontend)

in DOSBox General
That's a lot of games! Which already brings me to my first request for the next version: It would be nice if there could be some kind of folders in the profile list. Then I would for example install your packages to a folder named "Alexander's Game Pack 1" etc. and keep my own collection "untouched …

Re: Editing movies captured in DOSBox

All you need is "virtualdub" (free) and "ffdshow tryouts" (free). You may need to enable ZMBV in the ffdshow VFW options for it to work (don't know if it's on or off by default). Some more advice: -Convert the framerate to something lower in virtual dub. 30 should be enough as most dos games weren't …

The three bugs are already fixed in my source code. So the main problem is not that I don't like fixing bugs. The release process is much more unpleasant: Building the 5 different installation packages, checking all version numbers are right, uploading them to SourceForge at <50KB/s (don't know why …

Hi! Just installed and all the 0.3.0 bugs I reported are fixed. The only problem I've had up to now is that changing multi profile settings doesn't work for "Window Resolution", "Fullscreen Resolution" and "Scale". Making changes here doesn't have any effect on the profiles. But no real show …

Re: D-Fend Reloaded (new frontend)

Just wondering will 0.3.1 be a pure bugfix version or are you also going to add new features? I ask because I think at this moment it would be wise to get a stable, bugfree version of DFR out as soon as possible, without any new features. Before too many people setup their games with CPU Auto, find …

Hi Alexander! Glad you're around, thought maybe the bug reports had scared you away for a while. :) 4) I just reproduced it by doing a fresh USB install to a new folder without any confs. When the installer finishes I let it automatically start d-fend which pops up the settings box. Here I switch to …

OK, done some testing. Great release, love the new style! Now for a list of issues: 1) In the "edit multiple profiles" tool the checkbox next to "fullscreen resolution" doesn't activate the selection. In fact the selection is linked to the "Favorite" checkbox. 2) One of the default resolutions is …
