Check your display driver options. It's not only lcd that can be blamed. Usually you can choose whether the scaling is based on lcd or on graphic card or whether the scaling is turnned off. So if your lcd doesn't display it properly maybe the card will do it.

1. CM-32L has no GM. 2. LAPC-I has all CM-32L's sfx cause it is a complete CM-32L on a card as I said.

I have managed to run the game without that blue title bar at the top. I had to edit Resource.win titleBar=FALSE 😀

Typing subst without any parameters crushes dosbox. This problem still appears in RC1.
