What is the command to mount a floppy disk then? And what extensions are supported? none of this is listed in the readme or anywhere else? Are you sure your not thinking about iso mounting?

On a side note, mount the parent directory as the C: so that the game is located in C:\AMERICA, or your sound settings won't work. =) Enjoy!

I figured it out. Rename the KAV.PGM file to KAV.EXE then have your dosbox launch that. it will run perfect.

The middle quote is very indirect and confusing. There are no examples of a proper line in the readme which shows two iso images being mounted into memory.

I finally figured this one out. Rename the dig.ini file to something else. Run setsound and set it to no midi or digital sound. run ccs, restart your current game - and there you go, midi music starts.
