I just learned that I need to copy the contents of Win95 folder located on the install CD , to another drive, and run the SETUP.EXE from there ( instead of the SETUP.EXE found on the actual CD ), this eliminates the error message reported here (and witnessed by me, on both OSR 2.1 , and OSR 2.5 ) …

Thanks, but believe me, when I say that I just had this drive formatted as 128GB FAT32 since last year. I just formatted it, and somehow I forgot how I got it to format up to 128GB! Arrgh!!! The only disadvantage is that if you have a large CF or SD card, say 64 GB and want to make a clone of it, but the card only has an 8 GB partition with, say 2 GB worth of data, your image size saved will still be 64 GB. It can fill your hard drives very quickly. So I recommend using the smallest CF …

Well, exactly! As one of the members here mentioned sometime ago in another thread, the actual retro peripherals are what makes the *experience* more nostalgic and close to the real thing as possible. I am running this old PIII system with CRT, mechanical keyboard, etc.

If you want to create an image from within your more modern operating system, I use a USB-to-CF adapter and the freeware Win32DiskImager That's exactly what I was looking for! Thanks!

Well, it is brand new (old stock) in box, he also has a brand new spare Roland DUAL MIDI CABLE 5’, asking for $50. I am not sure what the G designation is for, but judging from the pictures, it says XP/Vista compatible.
