I forgot why they didn't implement it. Maybe they couldn't as dege theorized. Anyways, it is a very small price to pay for every other benefit, including HCL's DVD patch which needs it. Everything looks so much better. I believe it does use higher res textures to boot.

Glide or D3D renderer? I've tried it with both and worked fine. Since the game doesn't let you to set the resolution, I suppose you use Glide with a forced resolution. Lens flare were broken in the sense that I saw a big crosshair on them. The only issue I experienced that dgvoodoo's ddraw and …

I found the problem while messing with my cd copy of tiefighter 95. Its the xwahacker fixedclear patch that causes the crash. (the GoG BoP executable comes with this enabled) You have to disable it and it will work. This doesn't seem too much of an issue with xvt (which the gog didn't have enabled), …

Strange, dgvoodoo2 version 2.42 and earlier that I tested, will work fine for XvT from GoG, but not BoP. upon launching a mission in hardware mode it loads the mission for a split second you see the cockpit and then quits out. This is with Windows 8 and and ati 6800 Graphics card
