Here is the relevant 4 pages for the non-auto config settings, it doesn't have a picture for auto-config but just says if the auto-config jumper is enabled, close all the dip-switches to turn them on. EDIT: Sorry, this is not the same card I should have realized. My card is the PEGA1A. Anyways …

Windows 10 will write some volume information on those DOS drives but not enough to even consider it causing a space issue. Square waves vs Sine waves. Most people prefer sine waves, so do I, it's no wonder CMS died, but at the same time I appreciate when CMS is used properly and sounds good like in the examples above or 'Don't go Alone' as another example.

I've never had either of those games crash on me. I can't speak to your specific version but it sounds to me like a sound configuration issue. Were all the test runs installed and configured the same way? If so I would double check my assumptions about IRQ.
