Normally a decent emulator will offer some sort of compensation (which may not necessarily alter the internal clock) when syncing to non-standard refresh rates, but in most cases this is limited to decimals and not something extreme like going from 59.94 to 75. …

Voodoo3's VBE support is one of the worst in any voodoo card, it's slow and lacking a great deal of modes. FX5200's quite solid actually, pretty much like a 6200's except you don't get the annoying flashing garbage. I'll see if I can get myself a Banshee.

Any chance to at least round it down to something like 70.000? 95% of the games I run work in mode 13h so having a perfect 320x200@70.000Hz would pretty much solve all of my problems.

Personally I never really cared for or even noticed the improvements introduced in later versions of Win95 when it was still relevant back in the 90's, but Win95C is the way to go if you plan to make it run on a relatively modern PC.
