I played the latest DLCs for Borlderlands 3 and did the boss a few times and got all the skins in Bloody Harvest so I'm finished with that again until the next DLC comes out. Disassembled a DFI Lan Party ITX Socket AM3 board I got for cheap, cleaned the processor, cooler and socket as best I could. Could be caps, could be the core chip, could be ram. You should downclock the core and see if it goes away, and then the ram, and then both. This can reveal what is failing.

Replace with panasonic or rubycon 1500uf @ 6.3v 105 C, probably it's 3.5mm lead spacing. Get the low ESR ones. If you live in USA you can get them from mouser for around $10 for 15.

Is it possible to fix aquamark so it doesn't give you a black screen at start? Hitting ctrl+alt+esc to bring up task man and then going back to the process usually fixes that weird behavior.

Well on an IPS panel with deep blacks and the brightness all the way off in the monitor settings because it gives me eye strain to have showroom competing under heavy overhead lights nit levels, Doom 3 is super duper dark and I can't see a damn thing half the time, it's an exercise in frustration …

I did not install the package with SSE2 required, Those were post august 2018 or so, the harkaz pack doesn't have them afaik. I followed the instructions on ryanvm site. I did not slip stream the update, I used the exe installer from a usb stick post SP3 install which is the last one I integrated.
