DOSEMU is Linux-specific, though. The best cross-platform solution for this by far remains DOSBox. And given the fact that a Disney Sound Source works with a buffer, if there is a line on the parallel port that is not used by the DSS, that line could be used to select the address latch, use the address bus to switch to the data OPL2/OPL3 output, write whatever bytes you need …
