Please find attached, from this site: http://www.vgamuseum.info/index.php/cpu/item/ … -s3-savage4-pro You may be able to flash with UNIFLASH instead of the proper S3 tool, or use an external programmer instead (TL866). Cheers, Rich

Re: Socket 7 - Intel Ultimate

I'd love to find a 6MB model if possible, even though I know that the extra 2MB RAM doesn't really make any difference to most games targeting the Voodoo1. Any Voodoo1 with more than 4 MB becomes less compatible with early Glide games, which kinda defeats the point of having that card. I was not …

Re: Socket 7 - Intel Ultimate

I think a Banshee isn't a bad shout but finding a PCI one, and at a reasonable price isn't getting any easier these days. I have a nice Gigabyte GA-630 Banshee spare currently, but it's AGP. The Voodoo2 is a bit wasted on this system too I think; I'm happy with my two in SLI in a P3 machine ( …

Re: Socket 7 - Intel Ultimate

How do you get a mobile CPU working on a normal socket 7 board? And does the l2 cache work? Thanks! I like the Voodoo as it seems to …

Socket 7 - Intel Ultimate

I need to post pictures, but here's my latest project... - A SOYO SY-5BT Intel 430TX chipset AT motherboard modified for low voltage to run a… - Intel Pentium 266MHz ‘Tillamook’ mobile CPU, clocked at 300MHz (4x75MHz FSB) - 64MB (4x16MB) EDO RAM - Diamond Stealth 3D 2000 Pro S3 ViRGE/DX 4MB graphics …

Re: Windows 7 Retro?

I know what you mean. This 32-bit 3.2Ghz P4 browses the internet fine with Firefox esr in Mint Linux Debian Edition 4 and updated on a regular bases. Same goes for my 2011 HP/Compaq laptop which flies loading pages. Certainly faster than my wife's recent Windows 10 laptop from HP. Very much depends …
