For me it would have to be my Dell OptiPlex 745 SFF running XP 64-bit. It's a 1.8ghz C2D, 2GB DDR2-667, 80GB HDD, and a Radeon HD2400. It's sole function is as a 24/7/365 streaming webcam server for two outdoor security cams, I rarely ever even turn the monitor on.

Here's a recent acquisition, a 2001 Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 2060u. It was a Craigslist freebie and I'm glad it was as the picture shifts side to side ever so slightly. Brightness and contrast are fantastic, and there's no visible burn in, it's just that jiggling picture that's annoying.

When I think of printers from the 90s one comes to mind right away, the LaserJet 4, it just screams 90s awesomeness. I've got a 4M+ with maxed out RAM and a JetDirect card, it's a tough old thing, though a tad on the large side. Print quality is excellent and it's generally quite reliable.
